Bids must be sealed with the word "bid" marked plainly on the envelope. All bids must be submitted to the undersigned at the Child Nutrition Office 231 381.h Street NE, Fort Payne, Al 35967 on or before said date.
The Fort Payne City Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

The Fort Payne City Board of Education, Office of the Superintendent, requests that you bid on petroleum products for use during the period, August 1, 2026 to July 31, 2027 subject to terms and conditions below:
Bids shall be marked "Bid of Diesel Fuel" and delivered or mailed so as to reach our office by 1:30 p.m. on July 14, 2026. Bids will be opened at 1:30 p.m. on July 14, 2026. No bids will be accepted after time set for opening. 77ie bid opening will be held at the Fort Payne City Board Transportation Office, 231 38th Street NE, Fort Payne, AL.
