  • FPCS students achieve academic success and graduate prepared for college, career, and life.

    Picture of Success:

    • Produce a high number of graduates with sufficient math/reading skills.
    • Ensure students are engaged in rigorous learning through research-based curricula.
    • Provide multiple pathways for students to explore interests, develop career goals, and prepare for postsecondary opportunities.
    • Address the needs of all student learners with appropriate interventions, differentiation, and support.
  • FPCS schools and staff promote student well-being through safe and supportive learning environments.

    Picture of Success:

    • Ensure systems and programs are in place to support the holistic development of students.
    • Provide access to mental health supports and counseling services for students.
    • Promote positive school climate initiatives that support engagement, safety, and belonging.
    • Monitor student progress and intervene early to support at-risk students.
    • Ensure schools are safe, supportive, and engaging environments where students feel a strong sense of belonging and are motivated to attend and participate in learning.

  • FPCS families and community partners actively support student learning and success through strong collaboration with schools.

    • Positively involve stakeholders in the system programs.
    • Develop a relationship of trust with parents, community members, and other stakeholders.
    • Create opportunities for students to learn from the expertise of various stakeholders.
    • Provide families with resources and tools to support student learning.
    • Design courses, events, and other occasions for stakeholders to independently grow as an ally of the system.
  • FPCS ensures fiscal responsibility and strategic allocation of resources to support district priorities and maximize student success.

    • Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal fiscal guidelines.
    • Ensure funds are used practically through fiscal responsibility.
    • Conduct regular evaluations of programs to ensure effective use of resources.
    • Fund relevant and effective system-wide and school-based programs.
  • FPCS leaders and staff use data and continuous improvement processes to strengthen teaching, learning, and organizational effectiveness.

    • Conduct regular reviews of progress toward strategic goals.
